We’re a new digital publication looking for passionate individuals to join our founding editorial team: a rare chance to help build a magazine from the ground up. We are looking for:

• Poetry Editor
• Flash Editor (under General Fiction Editor)
• Micro Editor (under General Fiction Editor)

All roles are currently volunteer-based due to limited resources. We’re committed to transparency: if the magazine grows and generates revenue, we intend to revisit compensation for our core team.

In addition to future possibilities, you’ll gain hands-on editorial experience, build your portfolio, and collaborate closely with a creative, driven group of co-founder while leaving a lasting imprint on a project in its infancy.

No formal experience is required. Just enthusiasm, curiosity, and a love for writing and ideas is enough. Whether you’re a poet, prose writer, critic, or storyteller at heart, we’d love to hear from you.
